I have make an payment in amount of 70 $ for a service (ICloud unlock)and I have didn't received this service so I want a complete refund of my payment in my bank account back. They tell to all clients that their phones are blacklisted . I have checked this with Apple support and my phone is clean.

This company or firma or what it is ,is fraud based and stole clients money whitout to do any service to them.I have read entire articles on internet but unfortunately after I make the payment. So according to International and EU laws I want ALL my money back because these are unfair comercial practices and i have the right to have my money back in 14 days from transaction completion according with EU and International commerce laws.

First of all i address to you in hopes for an amicable settlement. I have already talked with my attorney in law and he will help me in case of an unfavorable solution for me. That means higher costs for you ,including my attorney's fee.

I want an ASAP answer from you and from those scammers. There are 70 $ but I don't wanna loose my money

for a service i didn't received. My Bank was informed to and will not make further payments to NOCHEX

I have asked for a refund and since 3 weeks I dont recived my money back. They tell me again and again is opened a ticket with my complains. I will take all the steps to have my money back. Do not use this payment service becose you will only loose your money!!!!!

If someone can advice me what should I do next please do.
